What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is where a client enters into a relationship with a coach spending a duration of time together, in my case 1hr sessions for a 6 wk period. In this time the coach gives the client undivided focus and attention, listening to whats going on for them to where they might be feeling stuck, lost, confused with their direction or how they would like to move forward.
In a Life Coaching session the coach creates a warm and open space to be present, listen, supporting and encouraging them to find out how they would like their life to be instead. At this point we start to create a vision for your future, a map for you to move forward and looking at the steps it will take you to get there.
Once we know how you would like your life to be instead and we have created a map and looked at the steps toward making this happen we then also discover what is stopping you from creating this vision or goal. Whether that be limiting beliefs, procrastination, unhealthy stuck behaviours, negative self talk.
Your coach will work with you asking lots of questions to help you find clarity. Use tools and techniques that will support you to make the changes you are looking for so you can have the life you desire and deserve, bringing more joy, focus, freedom, calm and clarity back into your life.
