Let’s Connect
Whether you’re ready to book a session or simply have a question, I’d love to hear from you. Fill out the form below or get in touch directly — I’ll respond as soon as possible with warmth and care.

Take a deep breath — you're in the right place.
I look forward to holding space for you soon.
This can be due to a number of factors, but I always like to start with the simple lifestyle habits that are often overlooked — because they can make the biggest difference.
How are you nourishing your body?
Are you reaching for quick and easy foods, or giving your body fresh, nourishing fuel?
Are you drinking enough water? Being mindful of alcohol?
Movement is another big one. Even something as simple as getting outside for a walk can shift your energy. I know it can feel counterproductive when you’re tired, but if you’ve been sitting or indoors all day, your body will often feel better by gently moving and getting things flowing again.
And then there’s your mind.
Giving yourself space to slow down, breathe, and step out of “doing” mode is so important. Whether it’s a few minutes of stillness, meditation, or simply doing something you enjoy — not for anyone else, just for you — this is where your system begins to reset.
If you’re feeling constantly tired, it’s often not that something is wrong… it’s that your body is asking for a different kind of support.
Bloating, fluid retention and that puffy feeling are often your body’s way of asking for a little more support — especially through your lifestyle and what you’re putting into your body.
Start by looking at how you’re nourishing yourself. Highly processed foods, excess salt, and sugary snacks can all contribute to that heavy, puffy feeling, so gently reducing these can make a big difference.
You might also notice that certain foods don’t sit well with you. For some women, things like beans or legumes can cause bloating — it’s about becoming more aware of what your body responds best to and adjusting from there.
Instead, focus on adding in more whole, nourishing foods. Leafy greens, potassium-rich foods, and hydrating options like cucumber can help support your system and reduce fluid retention. Including things like apple cider vinegar or sauerkraut can also support digestion for some people.
Portion size matters too. Eating slightly smaller, more mindful meals can give your body the space it needs to properly digest and reduce that uncomfortable fullness.
And just as important — hydration and movement. Drinking enough water and incorporating gentle daily movement, even something as simple as a walk, helps your body move fluid, support digestion, and reduce that stagnant, heavy feeling.
If you’re consistently feeling bloated or puffy, it’s often not about doing more… but about supporting your body in the right way.
This is something I support women with through both lymphatic drainage massage and coaching, helping your body gently release fluid and come back into balance.
If you’re feeling constantly overwhelmed, the most powerful thing you can do is gently bring yourself back into the present moment.
Start simple.
Turn your phone off or put it on aeroplane mode, and find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted.
One of the easiest and most effective ways to calm your mind is through your breath.
Try a simple square breathing exercise — breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, hold for 4, and repeat for a few minutes. This helps signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to slow down.
Another really powerful practice is to get everything out of your head and onto paper.
Make yourself a cup of tea, sit down with a notebook, and write down everything that’s on your mind. No structure, no overthinking — just let it all come out. Often, this alone can create a sense of relief and clarity.
You can also support your body through grounding.
Lie down on your back and simply notice the feeling of your body being supported by the floor. Then gently bring your awareness to different parts of your body — your toes, your feet, your legs — slowly working your way up. At the same time, bring your attention back to your breath. This helps settle both the mind and the body.
These practices may seem simple, but they’re incredibly powerful.
When you give yourself even a few moments to pause, breathe, and reconnect, your whole system begins to calm.
This is something I support women with — helping you create simple, sustainable ways to calm your mind and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
Feeling disconnected from yourself is more common than you might think, especially when life has been busy, stressful, or overwhelming.
Often, this disconnection is actually your body’s way of protecting you.
When we experience ongoing stress, burnout, or emotional overload, the nervous system can shift into a kind of “survival mode,” where we begin to feel a little numb, distant, or not quite like ourselves. It’s not that something is wrong with you — it’s your system trying to cope.
This can also happen during big life changes, periods of uncertainty, or when you’ve been giving a lot of your energy to others without taking the time to check in with yourself.
The way back isn’t about forcing yourself to feel different… it’s about gently reconnecting.
Start by bringing yourself back into the present moment.
Simple grounding practices can really help — even something like noticing what you can see, feel, and hear around you can bring you back into your body.
Movement is powerful too. A walk, some gentle stretching, or simply focusing on your breath can help you reconnect with your body and create a sense of calm.
It can also be helpful to give your thoughts a place to land.
Journaling — even just writing freely without overthinking — can help you reconnect with what you’re feeling and what you need.
And most importantly, meet yourself with compassion.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, it’s not a failure — it’s a sign that your body and mind are asking for support, rest, and a little more care.
Spending time in nature, slowing down, and coming back to small things you enjoy can all help you gradually feel more like yourself again.
You don’t need to rush it — this is something you can gently come back to, one step at a time.
This is something I support women with — helping you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and feel like yourself again in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support your lymphatic system — which is responsible for moving fluid, removing waste, and supporting your immune system.
Unlike deep tissue massage, this is a much lighter, more intentional technique that works with the body’s natural flow. It focuses on specific areas of the body where lymph nodes are located, helping to encourage movement and reduce any stagnation.
The benefits can be both physical and how you feel overall.
Many women notice a reduction in bloating, fluid retention, and that heavy or puffy feeling. It can also support your body in reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and boosting energy levels. At the same time, it has a deeply calming effect on the nervous system, helping you feel more relaxed, grounded, and clear.
The experience itself is very gentle and soothing.
It’s not a strong or intense massage — instead, it’s slow, flowing, and deeply relaxing. Many women leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to their body.
This treatment is for you if you’ve been feeling:
puffy, bloated, or holding fluid
low in energy or a bit heavy in your body
stressed, overwhelmed, or needing to slow down
disconnected and wanting to feel more like yourself again
It’s a beautiful way to support your body in a gentle, natural way — helping everything move, flow, and come back into balance.
